If you are catholic, you should be able to get into Phase 2B without doing PV.

I am in dilemma now, can seek advise here.
I am staying within 1km from holy innocent. but with the oversubscribed for these few years… I tink my chance is also very low under phase 2B…

Should I try for Paya Lebar Methodist girls which is 1km to 2km for me under phase 2B?

I am deciding which school to go for parent volunteer…

I think the question would be:
Have you been accepted as a PV for either school?
Or are you a Catholic or a Methodist?

If you haven’t been accepted, there is nothing to decide. You can only apply to both and hope for an acceptance before you decide.

For old boys + old girls from ex Holy Innocent High primary school, under Phase 2A -


If your 6 year old K2 son or daughter is a SC living outside 2 km,
there is no guarantee that
he or she can come back safely to Holy Innocent High primary school, in the event of balloted out.
Hence,
need to prepare a backup school in Phase 2B / 2C, just in case.

I am keen to send my girl to the school in 2025 but heard from a number of my friends who have children in Holy Innocents’ Primary School that their two very capable and caring VPs , Mrs Chua and Mrs Tobias have left. Apparently they were the ones who led the school through a lot of progress and won a lot of respect from students and teachers. Was told that the current school leader team is not as dynamic, wonder if that would affect the school achievements? Just thinking aloud.

Thinking to let my kid join the school and she is a picky eater and always go for snack. Does the canteen has health food on the menu and does it have snacks or canned drinks ?
