There are three types of H3s:

        a. University-taught H3 programmes (NUS, NTU and SMU)
        b. Extended, in-depth research (SRP, NRP, NTU-A*STAR-HCI and HSSR)
        c. MOE-CAMBRIDGE H3, taught in-house in schools

I was referring to c, i.e. MOE-Cambridge H3 for History or Literature - these are guided by JC teachers
HSSRP will belong to category b.

Same here. My DD H3 Lit mentor is JC teacher but subject head.

Sorry for the ignorance but what is H2 and H3?
These are A levels - the chit chat got carried away! Read the A level threads to find out more, but it's really too early if your kid is just going to start sec school!
