      An extract:

Local supermarket chain NTUC is selling its housebrand Pasar Fresh Eggs at a cheaper price with a minimum spend of $25 in a single receipt, the supermarket chain said on Tuesday.

The tray of 30 eggs will be sold at $6.85, down from the usual price of $7.45. The offer, which is available with the Purchase with Purchase promotion, runs from Tuesday to Jan 4, 2023.

Each customer is limited to one tray, and the offer is valid at all FairPrice supermarket retail formats, including FairPrice Online. FairPrice’s Pasar Fresh Eggs are also available at the normal price.

A third of S’poreans spending less on X’mas due to rising costs; 3 in 5 hopeful about 2023
Am definitely spending more esp with GST going up on 1 Jan 2023.

BTW, tmr bus/mrt fares increase, right?

My goodness. He was less than 70 years old. Very sad news as I have interacted with him through my career.

Very unfortunate, so young… I guess, starting your own business entity could take a toll on your health. Take extra care of your health today!

He once told me he never went for classes in poly. Instead, he would read up on his own to the extent that he goes about teaching his classmates the subject! Sounds like me as I would normally just go get my lecturer's notes at the copy store but I don't go about teaching others 😂

He was single. Hope he bequeathed his assets to needy homes or some scholarships for the young.
