Once GCE \"O\" level results are out this coming Thursday (12 January 2023) at 2 pm,


all Secondary students
can attend the various Junior Colleges' Open House,
on different dates,
before submit your list of choices decision made.


For past 3 years, since 2020, due to covid 19, most Open House events were held virtually, online.
But this year (2023), restrictions have been lifted, can start resuming physical premises onsite Open House.

Eg.

Last week, the 5 Polytechnic in Singapore all held onsite premises Open house, from (5 to 7) January.

For O-level track students who have been successful for


EAE (Early Admission Exercise) for admission into a Polytechnic

And

who have already accepted the Polytechnic's CO (Confirmed Offer),
then,

you will not be eligible to participate in JAE anymore,
since you have already clinched / secured a seat, inside the Polytechnic.

Your L1R5 score does Not appear on your O level certificate.
Instead,
L1R5 score is found inside your \"Form A\". So, look for your \"Form A\".


When you submit your 12 choices by the date line due, can use your JAE (Joint Admission Exercise)
pin number given, to do so.

(need only 5 subjects required, including

( English, Relevant 2 and Best 2 ) subjects.


2) to enter a Junior College,
they look at your L1R5 score
(Total is 6 subjects, required)

our Term 1 (Feb) & Term 2 mid year exam (May)
Weighted Assessment timetable are out,
on Parents Gateway.

Our Prelim timetable will be given much later on. SEAB O-level timetable will be out only, in March 2023.

Suggest to wait for formal info dissemination. I heard from my DD2 info not officially out yet.

Just a gauge for u, LY, they had day camp, not sure about this year. They were separated into 2 groups and gp 1 to report on Mon, the other on Tue. Both groups to report on Wed.

Thought last time all along, our school had this Cca, called NCC (National Cadet Corp).


How come disappeared, this year (2023) ? Why removed NCC ?
No longer find it under Uniform group anymore.
Or
did I remember wrongly (blur) ?
