You apply under Grassroot phase 2B and call up the school, from past years trend, even it register under Phase 2B Grassroot, if stay beyond 1 km, do u still have chance to enter ?

it has to be the boy’s catholic baptism certificate specifically. others won’t be applicable for phase 2B application.
