From my understanding, it doesn’t depend on the fact or content of yours. Everything hinges on your mother tongue.

If you speak English (or one of its derivatives), you don’t need a fact checker because what you say is obviously the truth. Moderators aren’t necessary since you are entitled to free speech and you are the true defender of democracy.

If you speak a Slavic language or Chinese, you don’t need a fact checker since what you say is obviously false and untruthful. Moderators, as such, are absolutely a must. What you say must be kept to a minimum (preferably not to say anything) since the risk of you polluting the world with your propaganda is high.

Because theses propaganda come from the commies and commies are the bad guys. You never watch Hollywood movies meh? Moreover, these material come from an authoritarian government who is undemocratic and takes pleasure in suppressing the freedom and expression of their citizens. Last but not least, these Chinese propaganda is coming from a regime that has committed genocide in Xinjiang and Tibet. How can we listen to propaganda from such a government?

If you have never been to China, you will know that what I said is true. If you have been to China, and don’t agree with me, you must have been misled by the Chinese government because they only show you the “good” parts.
