Yes, I think it has to vary by line of work, and employers will have to set their own protocols now. For people like 3 out of 4 of my family, we only see a small no. of people in our offices, and only 2-3 days a week, so it's being treated like the flu - MC if sick, if not, keep on working. The main difference is that now there is the WFH option, so the boss can decide that on some days we can still work without taking MC, just not in the office.
Onus is on the patients to test themselves. It is not mandatory for doctors to administer the test anymore.
Because of our line of work, we test the moment we are down with flu like symptoms. The 3, 5 or 7 days given were all staff who were covid positive who went to their own family doctor. So no longer like previously where it was mandatory 7 days or test negative whichever is earlier. Now it seems it is up to doctor's discretion and there is no need to test negative. But for us we will require our staff to test negative before returning to work. -
One of my daughter’s class also has quite a few absentees last week, most of them having high fever without much symptoms. They are slowing rejoining back to class this week. Praying for good health and blessings for the school as a whole.

For those who have not taken the bivalent vaccination, please do it fast.

But the recommendation is for those over 60, which most here are not. And the other category is the medically vulnerable, which hopefully they will be aware of.

For those not within those categories, if it's still well within a year since the last booster, will we eligible for another jab? -

We should be eligible for another jab after 180 days from our last jab.

My 4th dose (not bivalent) was in Aug 2022. Till now, I hv yet to receive any SMS for the next dose.
I went to a clinic in Tamp. Initially the staff insisted me to wait for the SMS then I can book the slot. I told her my last does was in Aug and I would like to take it in Jun, tog with my dad. She said I can try to walk in only on Sat. -

Is it? I remember I did not have any SMS but just walked in a vaccination centre in Commonwealth.
