Anyone received additional request /shorlisted result from school for leadership

For RI Leadership will require Personal statement (personal difficulty or a challenge you faced as a group member), how do I guide my child into writing or starting? Do we need to include introduction on his current roles? believes, strengths? as well, or it will be off topic?

Anyone knows about when will we receive RVHS’ notification for trial/audition? When will be the dates for academic or performing arts interviews for RVHS? Thanks!

Son applied last year. He was only notified that he was shortlisted the last week of the June holidays or when term just reopened. Interview I remember was early July.
