Snow & Christmas Lights

Hii all ,need some suggestions for December for kiddos, aged 7 and 5. Where is the best place, lol and cheap as well, where I can see snow, and will have beautiful X-mas lights?
Somewhere there will be nice attractions and sight seeing too.

Cheap? probably Seoul then. I do know that they have christmas lightings but just not sure how extensive.

ya like chix chix mentioned, seoul is good, i went last dec, esp skiing is a great experience but not so much of x’mas lightings thou
