Schs like RI and HCI take in abt 30% n their cohort size is bigger than other schs too.. total intake per year is around 400.
      30% is alot 😅
I suppose schools like RGS & NYGHS also take in ~30% of the cohort thru DSA

Beside school with 100% intake based on DSA eg, NUS High, SST or SOTA ; The Sec Sch Cap for DSA at 20% is fixed by MOE or 20% is a approximation ?
RI’s P mentioned 30% of seats are allocated for DSA in RI.

Not sure if NYGH is the same as RI, HCI and RGS since they also have to cater seats for their affiliated girls..

To recap for those who might not be so familiar with the DSA scheme:

                - Specialised schools - admission only via DSA
                - IP schools - full discretion over their DSA intake, ie no cap.
                - Sec schools O Level programme (or whatever name it is called now) - capped at 20% of the cohort size

                The above is policy.

                Note:
                - most IP schools keep the DSA intake under 40%. However, if one principal “ki siao” and admits 100%, there’s nothing wrong with that
                - apart from a few popular sec schools, few schools will ever meet / reach the 20% limit
                - the 20% cap applies to the school’s cohort and not per domain. Hence, if another “ki siao” principal decides to utilize the entire 20% on one talent area only, there’s no stopping him / her (although it wouldn’t make a lot of sense)

Interesting, bro. So far any principal ever kisiao or near the kisiao level??? 😆 It'd be interesting to observe how the cohort turned out

Hi, does anyone know, for RI/HCI DSA academic CO/WL, is AL1 required for all subjects for p5 results? Is it the same for GEP/mainstream?
