Look at the ad by NTUC every Thu and buy the promo items.
For eg, laundry detergent, shampoo, bath foam, toilet paper etc can be bought in bulk when on promo.
For cooking of meals, just cook the sufficient portion to reduce wastage. In fact, I would suggest to cook slight less and if hungry, can always eat fruits or tit-bits

Say if want to buy meat…have time can go Q0010 browse see got promo or not…sometimes can have good promo then can stock up…usually when promo comes there will be few items on sale at one go…so not very difficult to accumulate for free delivery.
