Me Time!

Past few days didn’t talk to my mom. Today then tell me she is recovering fm covid, 2nd time already. But thank god everything is fine now…this morning she was able to make a short trip to mkt. She and her friends say only need panadol for covid as the cough medicine she tried during her first covid make her feel lousy. Some of her bittergourd plants bye bye already as mom felt need to sleep more this time round so didn’t take care of the plants. Told her it is not a bad time to get it also as she is expected to travel end Jan.

Just submitted my insurance claim for travel refunds from cancelling my Egypt trip. Filling in the form and getting the documentation together was as tough as booking the trip! We are supposed to get 50% of what was not refunded. They say they’ll pay in 3 working days - let’s see.
And then we can start thinking of where to go in April/May (the next travel window for us) - but not in the Middle East! We originally planned to travel in Feb/Mar, but other things have cropped up. -

Last time when I bought the frozen same cheese snacks, she doesn't want to eat. Now suddenly she was searching for it the other day. I thought which one I can't remember also. Then she found it at one stall. I was like huh isn't this the one I bought before. She eats two at one go now. With her pattern give her few more days, she will have enough.
That should put her off cheese snacks forever! -

Will you consider going to Nepal or Morocco next year?

Dd did mention want to go Japan but I told them some other time. Especially since covid never travel, I m more comfortable with old places at least for this year.

You and dds can just join the Package Tours by travel agent to Japan, they will arrange everything for you. :imcool:

Terrible....argue with my mother...angry until now....don't want to say much.....
