      Do we need to print the application form online or obtain and fill in the form from the school on that day?

        The school will pass you the form. The form comes in carbon copies, different colours for different parties.

            I remembered that time I also printed the form & head to the school for the P1 registration. The school in the end ask me to fill up hard copy of the form! 😎

              Woohoo good luck! I remembered both DH and me took leave on that fateful day 2 years ago too, but ended up we only spent less than 5 minutes to submit the form. So we went to catch a movie after that πŸ˜‰

              wow ! turned out to be a date for both of you! :celebrate:

              We were planning to take leave too, but after reading the experiences and advice from other KSP members, we decided not to and just pop by on our way to work.

              πŸ˜‰

              Haha.. yah save ur leave if ur work doesnt start that early. For me it is impossible to do so even if registration starts at 8am becoz I need to reach office by 8am and it takes me an hour to get there πŸ˜›

                I wonder how long it will take to register for P1 this time...remember it took about an hour to register my son then, including the queue and application.

                If time permits, will see if we can do some shopping since hubby on leave that day.
                Depends on which phase u are in I guess... We were in 2B last time so the form was sent to us together earlier. So we filled it up at home beforehand and just went to the school to submit on that day, no queue at all...

                      saw this from the National Immunisation Registry site…

                      ==========
                      Headlines
                      * It is important to request for a copy of Certificate of Vaccination from your Doctor when your child completed the vaccination according the Childhood Immunisation Schedule.

                      The Certificate of Vaccination is one of the document required for Primary One Registration.
                      ============
                      so can we still use the print out from the National Immunisation Registry?

                        Son was in 2B the last time, but no form was sent to us. No wonder you could do so at home and just submit. Lucky you.
