Hi, not sure appropriate to ask here. As you know the uniform is sleeveless, how do your kids take care of the armpit hair? Do the girls shave them or what other methods do you do?
My daughter wasn't from this school, but I happened to see this. My daughters use an epilator. Easy and quick. Something like this:

Hi parents, May I ask is it better to buy the digital or print version of textbook? Is there anything that need not buy?

Personally speaking, I would prefer the print edition textbooks, but they can get real heavy to carry around. I'm old school, I guess... Does the school give an option? I'm surprised. I thought most schools have gone the way of digital copies.

Yes. My dd prefer printed copies as she can write her notes on it, plus they do have a locker each. This year, they only get their pld in term 3 for sec 1. Plus the rules are such that they can only use pld when teacher get them to. So maybe digital copies for home use. 🤷🏻‍♀️

She is worried because her friend mentioned probably have to ballot. She is much relieved now.

The higher chinese matters, its a sap school. So AL6M is not confirm better than AL7D.
However top schools will have too many students apply to one seat. The school will either ballot and choose according to their requirements.

I chance upon this YouTube video on Taiwan famous girl high school 北一女. The closest forum I can think of to share on is NYGH.

北一女 prepares their girls to be 文武双全. Interesting fact: Apparently their dark green top uniform is for their safety. During civil war their dark green top will make them look like swaying trees to the bomber planes pilot in the sky.

For those keen in history, heritage and education:
