2010 P1 Registration Exercise for 2011 In-Take

Depends on which phase u are in I guess... We were in 2B last time so the form was sent to us together earlier. So we filled it up at home beforehand and just went to the school to submit on that day, no queue at all...

I remembered that time I also printed the form & head to the school for the P1 registration. The school in the end ask me to fill up hard copy of the form!

Son was in 2B the last time, but no form was sent to us. No wonder you could do so at home and just submit. Lucky you.

anyone from HK clan who has previously received recommendation letter? Did you receive the letter prior to phase 2A2 or got to call the clan to find out after phase 2A2?

I stay near the school less then 2km .
so we only go register at the date as stated on moe website?
Registration: : Monday 2nd August 2010, Tuesday 3rd August 2010 and Wednesday 4th August 2010

1) If we fail to get a place in the school of our 1st choice, do we still have chances to go for anoher school of our choice?

2) If there are alot of contenders during this phase do we do ballot?

1. You still can register under Phase 2C Supplementary after 2C.
2. Yes, balloting can happen during P2C if there are more applicants then the vacancies.

Hi,

I got a call from the school of choice 1-2 days before registration starts for phase 2B. It's only after registration closed for phase 2A, that they could decide how many recommendations to give out.

after phase 2a2, then the schools and the association will decide how many letters to issue for each school. thus only after phase 2a2 then members will know whether your application is successful or not
