I agree with the comments that MapleBear are very profit oriented. This include the sch owned by founder’s family. My friend’s child got hurt during sch hours due to negligence but the sch head did not take responsibility or apologise which is disappointing from a well known organisation

My son is with MB Tai Seng and us serving notice to withdraw from the school. Too many incidents happened which is unacceptable and my son has been telling me that he doesn’t like it too. He’s turning 3. Joined less than a year. A few incidents to share here, my son was found having fever when we fetching him from school. The teachers didn’t even aware of that. Pampers was not changed at all throughout the full day class. There was one day my son reached home complaining pampers very thick and tight, urged me to remove for him. Found out he was wearing 2 pampers 😓. Son bumped his head in the morning, teacher only informed after 3pm explained that my son was too excited during the Sing and dance session and bumped onto a cupboard corner by himself. When we went to the school at 4pm, the bump on his forehead was big and bruised. Teacher only said they already carry out first aid treatment with ice packs. Aren’t parents supposed to be informed immediately?
