You can check out https://www.shhkact.com.sg/. However the 2 locations are at Sennett Road and Toa Payoh.

Just try reading Chinese books/magazines and watching Chinese TV shows with your child at home. At some point, you can also have them write a bit at home. It can be as simple as describing what they did the past week, what was interesting, etc.

Kids tend to take cues from parents as to what is important. If the parent makes time for the activities/the child, there is a reasonable chance it will catch on.

You can worry about the exam driven stuff later.

          RT2016\" post_id=\"2129555\" time=\"1708565912\" user_id=\"204093:

          Dear all,

Where can I find a Chinese programme/class that focuses on developing interest in the language ?
          - Eg though stories & songs.
          - For P1-P3.
          - Fun.
          - Study less; yet learn more.

My child is enrolled in Tien Hsia and I find them too academic:
          - following MOE textbook
          - weekly TingXie (spelling) & LangDu (reading) drills just like school.
          - worksheets after worksheets.
          - dull/photostated worksheets.

I don’t need another “school”; I need a class that lets my child have fun learning Chinese & love the language.

          I live in the West.
          Berries??

My kids attended Tien Hsia thou because TH follows MOE syllabus closely
