Hi, I’m exempted from MT since pri sch bc In my primary school only Chinese was available. So I wanted to ask if my L1R5 score for o levels will be taken or will Moe add like a few points for MT.
For example, if my L1R5 score is 10, will moe add any points like +3 to make it 13? Because that’s what happened in p6. My Eng math sci got total of AL 12 and MOE added another Al 6 since I do not have any MT. I hope you understand what I’m asking.
The L1R5 does not have to include MT, so your score should remain unchanged. It's different for PSLE as the score for 4 subjects includes MT.

MT is not compulsory for L1R5 calculation. However, make sure u are taking at least 6 subjects for O levels. If u only have total 5 subjects, u will be restricted to Poly or MI JC since u have only L1R4.

Whether one is exempted from Chinese Mother tongue, or not -

admission into Junior Colleges, is always based upon total of your best 6 subjects (L1R5).

O level got nothing to do with PSLE. So, nothing to do with +3, anymore.

          L1R5 is straight forward -

just depend on Total Raw score for your best 6 subjects, minus away (subtract) those bonus points (eg : Cca / affliation / Higher Mother tongue, etc ), to derive your nett L1R5.

For admission into Junior College(s), your nett L1R5 has to be

( less than or equal to ) 20 points.

YIJC (Yishun-Innova) JC is the last JC in Singapore, to accept JAE students, with nett 20 points.
