Don't understand what cause your stress? You no need to worry money, dds love their parents, are studying hard and having satisfactory exam result. You don't have any major health problems. Since you are not working full time and no one to see the boss's \"bad face\" everyday. Stress for what? :?
I feel my 'stress' coming back when I start to feel 'idling'. Yesterday binged watching a Chinese drama..fast forward, jumping episodes just done with it. Feeling even more stressful..guess the sian feeling is due to a plan since Feb..not working haiz. -
Social battery....I think I have full battery for Social activities 🙃. Yesterday went to Punggol for a werewolves games in the afternoon and followed by BOTC game at Little India in the evening until night. Got another games event at CC this afternoon. Have to host a lunch buffet event next Wednesday. SOS...need to charge battery now.

Actually last time when I was a SAHM, I did stress over nothing to do and intruding into my maid’s daily duties. In the end, didnt know how to enjoy life and took up part time job and volunteer work to while my time away. No choice, that time too young to learn how to take thing slow and easy.

Yes, being idle can be stressful as well. No sense of purpose, no sense of accomplishment, nothing much to look forward to.
Some can say no deadlines, no worries, no one to answer to, what’s there to stress about. But different people are wired differently. -

Can one month don’t eat fresh vegetables? I cannot leh.
Haven't really go out do mktg for almost 1 mth. Been relying alot on frozen meat at home and fruits as fibre. Think we got quite enough of meat dishes already..yesterday make mee hoon kueh with homemade meatball soup..Today think just instant noodles with eggs and canned food will do.
Not enough sunlight can make you depressed too. Bring your kids out to the gardens or go meet your mum for lunch or what lah, don’t just stay at home. I’m out of the house for 365 days, staying at home for more than 1 day makes me feel depressed. -
Got boiled soup and bought veg in btween..like passed by then grab some kind.
Can get sun..send kids to school 2x in morning & 2x in afternoon. My mom also say must go out meet friends but I find that I need time for myself as in no rush, quiet for inner peace and then sadly keep thinking in a circle..of life is more than this right :faint: my mom say I liked to travel b4 kids came and that I can go travelling..but still I think will come back to the circular thinking again haiz.
Actually still have things to do..just that suddenly all tone down after being busy since beginning of the year. Almost committed to something to occupy me mentally & physically just that it is likely not happening now. Maybe I should just do whatever I feel like doing just don't think too much..after I complete those works on hands now. -
Also dd staying late till evening almost every day so mostly eat in canteen. Dd2, after school, she has habit of asking to stop at McDonald’s drive thru so not much motivation to cook.

Exactly. Idleness makes me more tired actually. I even prepared to work for something that earning me a small salary which minus petrol/parking really pathetic…

But no worries kakis…pour it all out, write down then can ‘see’ the issue clearer…
