went BM concert with dd on Saturday, (she din manage to go TS and wanted to go a concert in national stadium,)sg crowd was so Hot! she commented she enjoyed Eng one than the Kpop one , maybe its English n crowd was so high.

saw people fainted at the standing area, wheeled out by ushers. hope the fella is ok, not serious.
sports hub usher and MRT crowd control job was good too, the moment you got down of the train at stadium
there were some ushers to guide u to the correct exit , after the show, ushers wld wish you a safe trip home
my experince was similar to visiting Theme park with direct MRT access 🙂

the Q to enter mrt was long but train was fast to arrive to fetch people. we alighted at the next station for Dh to pick up.
Concert ended at 10.05pm, reached home at 10.40pm. swift n smooth.
Overall a good experience. my \"complain\" is I wana hear BM singing but the crowd was singing too loud and always so high, i was telling kids then they might as well go karaok to sing, kids said its like that one for pop star famous concert.
Those crowd who want to hear the artist sing concerts are for the mature/senior crowd , sigh , gen gap :rotflmao:
oh yah, i also want to commend on sg crowd, so far no pushing , follow usher guides , i din hear vulagarties, yelling, rude crowd .. good!

DD was at the concert too. She said the crowd response was even better than the TS concert.

Think she has had her fill of concerts for this year.

Me not so much into concerts. I have my date with Trevor Noah in June and now I am thinking if I should get the tix for Miss Saigon.

Miss Saigon is such a classic!

          Anyone watched Matilda?

Actually I feel the Wild Rice productions are generally of very high quality - for anyone who wishes to support local theatre, sign up to be a Wild Rice angel at the lowest tier, and can get 8 tickets. I thought Hotel last year was really well done and thought provoking - loved the script.

I think by working on my own will be better serve my situation and my long term objective..that's why I don't really consider working under co at the moment. ... I was considering f&b, car washing etc but have not been smooth.
Good that you have some ideas. I guess you have to keep trying. Maybe work for/with someone in one of those to see how the biz is like and learn some tips? For me, I know I can't be an entrepreneur, so I always prefer to work for someone else!

Peobably, soon can go CC take up courses, plan for holidays like some of you. I met up with a lady last year, all her kids are working/coming out to work and she spends like 4 days a week doing various exercise, mostly at cc.

Depends on what matters to you. Purpose is important - whether exercising or helping others or working or whatever. I can't see myself taking exercise or dance classes several times a week like some people I know!

Actually same, I can't see myself doing exercise/dance for so many days in a week too. Also cannot see myself meeting friends just for eating/drinking for most of the time.

Situation that you are in now I think is good..you can still balance your life..mentally, socially, financially plus spending time travelling with your dh.

I and DH always have a purpose - to earn enough money so that we can retire and do what we want to do, never feel sian lah because our money is still not enough today. But we can now play boradgames, eating buffet with our 酒肉朋友, watching our favorable shows in youtube and talking to Mrs. Kaisu and Star here ...where got boring?.... :rotflmao:
