What is your contingency plan?

Have you considered up to what level of over-subscription will you opt for Plan B? Or will you go ahead with balloting irregardless since your Plan B is a school with 'confirm' vacancies in Phase 2Csupp?

Actually, if her second choice school has vacancies in P2CS, she should go all the way out for balloting in West Grove. No harm, right?

If she withdraws from West Grove, the other parents who apply with the school will thank her very much - one less competitor.

She has two backup schools. One of the schools needs balloting in P2CS. So, assuming she is neutral between the two backup schools, I think it's worth going for balloting in West Grove. My two cents.
