Foundation courses to enter Europe university

Hello my son completed his diploma in Audio production, now he is looking into changing to Economics however due to his grade and dropping H2 is o levels it looks like he needs foundation course to enter into any university.

He is keen on Europe due to the cost.

Any guidance which Foundation and where would be the best for him to take it ?

He is not keen to pursue in Singapore

Would be helpful if any tips.

@ga2004 No actual experience, but since no-one has responded so far, my suggestion is that you get him to narrow down to 1-2 countries first, and do some research. “Europe” is too broad - each country is likely to have different requirements.

There are certainly foundation courses (i.e. A levels) in the UK run by various schools that will take in foreign students. I expect there should be similar courses in other countries, but language could be an issue. Is he willing to learn another language to take a university course in a non-English language? If not, that would rule out a number of countries/universities.
