Hi OP, I’ll share my experience too. I was 107 kg last year and struggled to lose weight despite making changes to my routine. The procedure reduces the stomach’s capacity using an endoscope passed through the mouth, without external incisions. My care also involved medical assessment and follow-ups to monitor progress.
