Plenty. Just go to http://www.onemap.sg and perform a SchoolQuery.
You will find that the 2 schools are in fact within 1km of each other. So all residential units between the 2 schools are within 1km of both schools. -

Type in any condo name near the school you want in \"Location Search\". Select \"Nearby Properties\" and \"Schools\". The yellow like \"ballons\" which represent the schools will appear on the map. Click (multiple times) on the school and it will show the radius within 1km from the school. If you click both RGPS and NYPS the portion which the 2 circles overlaps are the properties within 1km from both schools. -

There's one selling at coronation rd.. Selling by owners.. So u will have to call directly.. If u wan, I can get the number for u.. -
