and make it into CD ..... in case hard disk crash mah ....

CD is not safe, unless store in dry-box.


In our climate, CD typcially won’t last more than 3 to 5 years, molds will start to grow.

Use a thumbdrive safer.

but I do that too. Scanned all our BC, IC, Passports, all certs, IRAS etc and e-mailed a copy to DH plus backed up in my backup disk.

Like that when need to submit anything on-line just attach file and send. Need a copy, just print.

I still a bit doubtful of net security. Especially when it comes to important information. So to have it residing in some virtual hdd somewhere......
