I am going to register my gal at CHIJ TP...dont know about the efficiency of the admin staff. Happened to have a copier at home, will make copy of originals and save ourselves the headache of making sure all originals are returned, esp with the crowd.
if you have a scanner, also make pdf copies of all those certs, ID, passports, etc, beside storing them in the computer (ready to print - no need to look for copier) - also put them into a CD -

CD is not safe, unless store in dry-box.
In our climate, CD typcially won’t last more than 3 to 5 years, molds will start to grow.
Use a thumbdrive safer. -

Like that when need to submit anything on-line just attach file and send. Need a copy, just print. -

My hubby scanned all the documents and uploaded into net hard disk. He’s an IT guy, so he doesn’t store info in hard disk.
