Ting ting there are possibilites of it being en-bloc after all its 37 yrs old. But my neighbour said DEFINITELY NO at least for a long time cause goverment invested in the upgrading and also of course this mrt line.

the place has been a big mess for the last few years due to circle line, condo enbloc etc
worse when they start to build on the mega condo project (former Farrer Court) -
