Can i know hw much is the rent for a 3 rm flat near NYPS? if i rent on May next yr, can my DD1 qualify for the P1 registration? My DD1 is born in 2005.

yeap thats the one 4 houses that turned to 10 terraces.
PROBABLY it is that stretch between Lutheran Road and NYPS Gate B, odd numbers 20+ along Coronation Road, Tudor style inter terrace house. -

I also hope the hdb won’t get enbloc but my dh scare enbloc then have to move again. He travels frequently so he also don’t want to leave me doing everything by myself.
He’s scanning papers for listing nowadays. Keke… Think he really don’t want me to vex over housing… -
