Can i know hw much is the rent for a 3 rm flat near NYPS? if i rent on May next yr, can my DD1 qualify for the P1 registration? My DD1 is born in 2005.

I also hope the hdb won’t get enbloc but my dh scare enbloc then have to move again. He travels frequently so he also don’t want to leave me doing everything by myself.
