Thanks for the info. I rang the sch but line was engaged. Were you the one hogging the line? Keke. This meant only 6 aplns today. I expected more aplns actually. So there's still 44 to aim for (actually 43, but my good neighbour janet decided to give me one more slot to lottery )

What was the number of vacancies left for Phase 2B/2C last year ? Based on last year (kids born in 2003) ONLY, there was no balloting required for Phase 2B.
