Btw - does anyone know for citizens, if suay suay you dont get balloted in for Phase 2B, 2C and 2C(S), would the govt allocate a school for you first or do you need to queue with the rest of the foreigners in Phase 3?

Hi Vicki,

MOE will post children who are unsuccessful in obtaining a Primary One place in a school of their choice at the end of Phase 2C Supplementary of the registration exercise to a school near their homes that still have vacancies.

Unless you have a better choice and the Schools still have vacancies, u can try under Phase 3 then but bear in mind is on a first-come-first-served basis.

My hubby is on my nerves :x about the confirmation…he is still asking if daughter is confirmed a place in CHIJ TP under 2A2. No thanks to lack of any call or acknowledgement from the school.

I do believe they do the opposite. Only call those that somehow failed in getting a place so that they won’t miss later phases. Confirmed cases will be notified by snail-mail (er at least that was the case for phase 2B last year for me).

Aiyoh, 2A2 is a sure thing. As long as you are one of the applicants, you are one of the numbers in the stats.

He is not just KS but paranoid...told him the school will be sending confirmation letter next week, and he can still ask me if I mentioned daughter's name to the staff member who took the phone.

Aiyah! Janet_lee88, tell your husband, I registered my girl in P1, and we have still not received any confirmation from the school yet. So, should I be worried, too?

I told him already...his daughter is one of the 35 students who registered under 2A2. Spelt out daughter's name to the staff member and she already told me next week. Can die right ? I thought I am a paranoid case, he is KS and paranoid. Stress
