anybody going for next week Racial Harmony Celebration to volunteer at BPPS?

I’m one of the parents selected as PV at BPPS. Very grateful to the school to give me a chance to volunteer after rejected by NHPS.

Parent Volunteer Scheme Application

Dear Parents,

Application is now open to parents of children born in the year 2006, who are due for registration in July 2012. Application will be closed in the month of October 2010.

Finally, after 3 years of preparation, I awaited this day to come.


At 5pm, I called the NHPS and they told me my child is in (cos I am staying within 1km, no balloting) I almost wanted to cry…The joy…nothing can describe… Luckily I only have to go thru one time.

Anyway, for those parents who have also put in so much and yet need to ballot, my heart goes out to you…All the best.

I totally understand your feeling...managed to get a place in Southview too without ballot for within 1km. The feeling is just....nothing can describe
