            Namie:
GOT IT!!!!! Gosh, my heart almost stopped beating and it seemed like all hope was gone. We were like the number 58th to be called. Just one after us, they announced the last seven names to be drawn.

Thank you all for your well wishes.

My husband taking me to The Line later for celebration.
Mine was in the LAST 7. Almost given up hope. Who got it later than me?

            Enjoy your celebration! πŸ™‚

So does it mean that at times the same child's name is called 2x? So it is just using marked papers with registration numbers of child, right? Yes, can imagined the stress & heart pounding moments.

              But first..... :congrats: :celebrate:

If the child's name has been called earlier, it will be treated as a repeat ballot. No vacancy will be taken up and the ballot continue. Towards the end of the balloting, there were many repeat ballots. So had to keep drawing from the fish bowl.

Hmm... I bet other parents must be kinda pissed off when they keep hearing those repeat ballots...
