If you set something up which burns goodwill, requires time and investment, then you ought to justify its existence. One should not be required to prove that it should NOT exist. I.e., it is the EXISTENCE of PV that needs to be justified, not its NON-EXISTENCE. That is standing logic on its head. But I suspect its because one really struggles to support the notion that PV indeed has 'good that overwhelms the bad'.

If you had followed the discussion, the context of my statement is meant to say that majority of PV are good, honest, sincere PV people not out to pervert the system by cheating the way through. That is what i meant by the good overwhelms the bad

and i gave the analogy of speedster on highway and banning of all cars

the debate of how PV contributes and what good it is is another matter ; and i have no wish to debate and discuss with you. thank you

I have refrained from making any insinuations about your agenda, and I respectfully ask you do the same.

You will see from the series of enclosed quotes, of which I am the originator, that the topic very clearly deals with PV as a concept and not individuals as PVs. The simple way not to engage a debate is not to reply.
