I was transferred to IJ Kellock in P5, then moved to the new IJ TP in P6.

If I wanted to register my daughter in IJ @ Chestnut Dr, there is NO affiliation at all and will fall under Phase 2C. Since I went to IJ TP, I can only enjoy Phase 2A2 in that school.

Congrats to you and very glad you didn't go into premature labour.

Luckily you had CHIJ TP! Thanks! The chances were so slim cuz out of the 31 applicants, 28 of us were Singaporeans so can you imagine, there were altogether 59 ballot slips and for DD's name to be picked twice. Really God's blessings cuz my luck is super bad at things like lucky draws, ballots etc....I am still in a daze to be honest. :lol: Heart still pounding cuz I still can't believe she secured a place! Now must wait for the orientation letter in a week's time!

my congratulations to you... you must be really relieved! lucky girl your daughter and fortunately, you dont have to go into labour just for a place. hehe. if your 'akan datang' new born is also a daughter, then you wont have to worry about getting into IJ TP anymore - Phase 1 or at least 2A. but my heart goes out to those who didn't make it, at the end of the day, they all want what we want for our daughters too, just based on technicalities, they couldnt make it - stressful school system we have...

just wanna know - were there alot of people who attended the balloting? like all 31 parents? and I'm interested to know how it was all conducted...I hear that some mums were brought to tears in some school balloting when their kids dont make it...

that aside, I wish everyone going for Phase 2C - good luck and all the best!

Now that you’re DEFINITELY confirmed of a place, the letter is really secondary. The orientation is on 12th Nov at 6pm.

Which phase do you qualify under ? If you use your mum's add, you have to make a statutory declaration. Today is 1st day registration for 2C.
