So I shall interpret their selection system in the following manner:
1. Very good results = no interview = sure to get confirmed letter
2. Result satisfied but would need an interview to double confirm = select for interview but might or might not offer confirmed letter
3. Result not up to their standard = no interview = no hope at all... [/quote]agree to pt 1
pt 2 & t 3 - the lady i spoke to at nygh said yes to pt 2 and pt 3, she said they can't be conducting interview for all and so randomly picked the gers for it. she used the work 'randomly' so many times!

Has anyone heard from NJC or DHS after the GAST test? Wondering when will they proceed to stage 2 of the dsa application?

the following is hearsay and read from the various postings in this ksp.com

each year the number of GEPers nation wide is about 500, of which roughly 1/3 girls and 2/3 boys

NYGH intake per year is about 450. So EVEN IF all the GEPer girls go to NYGH, there will still be 280 places (estimate) left for non-GEPers ..... but cut off point for NYPS girls is 250, and non-feeder girls will be 26X ......

Besides NYGH, GEPer girls also go to RGS, DHS, NUSH, NJC, MGS etc etc

But I guess most of them crowd around NYGH / RGS / DHS

so, don't worry, plenty of vacancies, compared to the boys
