a long time ago when i was in ACPS, i got my sis into MGS through some sibling affiliation rule...no longer possible now.

I think should have but must be prepared for a long journey. But CCA days might pose a problem for you if you rely on school buses.

ya, one of the problems many faced is that the CCA schoolbus may not cover some of the normal school hr routes so gotta arrange for alternative transport

Sigh... Sassy is right.
I have successfully got my son in ACSJr 2 years ago thru balloting under P2b.

Just to share...

This year, I thought I should be able to get my little girl into MGS under P2b. Btw, I'm within 1-2km. Cos based on the past histories...under P2b, the worst scenario will be balloting within 1-2km and the chances / probability are quite high chance to get in. I was all prepared for it.

Well, guess, even though you might have did your \"studies\" on balloting history and counting your chances... things might not go the same way, this year, is the 1st year MGS have balloting within 1km under P2B. I was not even given a chance of balloting. We were all disappointed ..but I guess life still goes on... I guess Balloting within 1km under P2B will be set for this year onwards for MGS. So, if you are prepare to get your girl into MGS, please ensure you are within 1km.. And also note, there are really many new properties springing up all over the same area. Competition is really high.
