Yes, and to speed up the process, you may want to make copies of these documents yourself first before you head to the school.

They don't check healthbook when I registered today. Just child's birth -certificate & both parents IC. Only need one parent to be there

Heard from a friend’s friend that her boy had already registered a place in Phase 2B. The school even allowed to be reserved where she can register in Phase 2C.

If she being given a place in Phase 2C then she can withdraw.If ununsuccessful, still have a place in Phase 2B.

I was curious does MOE allows such practice?From the website it does not mentioned on multiple applications.

you are saying Phase 2B secured in School A and now registering in Phase 2C is School B ? if so, this is not allowed

The computer system may not be able to accept when in Phase 2C unless it is manual system. Like the old days where you can register multiple locations to take the Basic theory & Advance Theory for driving. At that time was just $3 I think!

Anyway do update us if she really success in doing this method.
