Doubt nationality is an issue. Based on past statistics, it would be tough to have any places left after Phase2C <1Km balloting. Suggest you refer to this website balloting history of P1 registration for better information, then decide. For Phase 2C, looking backin the previous few years, all within 1km need to go for balloting. The number of vacancy = 41 this year, chance of 1 km having balloting is very very high. -

How to teach? We just leave DS to sink and swim himself. Yo...any idea on what topics will be tested for EL. Just out of curosity, did yr DS tell you the tests or you expect them to write it down on their handbook? Cos my DS did not write these 2 tests and my wife shouted him and I am wondering is she expecting too much from him? Thanks.
for me, i will ask my son any tests coming if he didn't update me, usually everyday i will ask him anything to update me, so he will tell me lor, he will also write on his handbook .. -

Children who are neither Singapore Citizens nor Singapore Permanent Residents can only register at the schools directly under Phase 3 on Monday, 30 August 2010. -

well race will factor in MT. There was some forumer who complained about chinese teacher who refused to teach chinese using english and therefore his son had no clue what was going on in P2. (this is another school).
