Tactic: register CH at Phase 2A, and watch out for TN at Phase 2C (or 2B is you are in the clan/PV)

But rationally, I think you may want to visit the schools (e.g. open house) to find out for yourself whether CH is one that you would like to send your kids to. CH is a great school, but as verykiasu2010 has said before, one man's meat is another man's poison....

I thought once you are registered in Phase 2A, you can't register anywhere in other phase already, isn't it? Then what's the use of watching out for TN at Phase 2C (or 2B if you are in the clan/PV)??
