i ever heard a parent told me that the interview question was \" Do u know how to cook ?\" 😉 ( can't remember which sec school).
think the intended reason for such question is to find out how independent the pupil is... 😄

Harhar yeah. 😄 Heard from one of my male friends that HCI (if I remember correctly) asked them \"What tea do you think I'm drinking?\" :? and for NYGH they gave 5 objects (eg. chicken, rose) and asked them to pick one... :

Whoa... NYGH does psychic test too...\"chim\"

You are guaranteed a place in the school if the school has given you a Confirmed Offer, provided that you have indicated the school as one of your preferences during the Exercise Preference Stage, and you qualify for an academic course which is offered by the school [Express / Normal (Academic) / Normal (Technical)].

Basically, this means you need only pass PSLE and qualify for the Express stream. However, if you end up with 190 or 200, I think RGS will faint and strongly discourage you from taking up the offer as you probably will not be able to keep up, unless there were special reasons for your poor results.

Hi parents of current or ex-Rgs girls, my dd has been offered a place at Rgs through dsa.

But I heard comments that some ip teachers do not teach much and that learning is left ver much to the pupils themselves.

So I would really appreciate it if I could get feedback about rgs’ programmes from parents who have or had girls in the Rgs ip programme.
