I called before lunch break and was told there are still 30 vacancy.
When i called again at 3:45pm, they won't release the number anymore, i guess it must be a mess on the floor so they hold back on announcement. -

hmm, Phase 2C registration has ended and have yet to receive confirmation for my phase 2B registration… still waiting…

O-oh this is not good news because i am not so lucky with raffle/ballot/draw:( some more, we are PR,'1 ballot has a very weak chance ,time for backup plan…
