is pulau redang a good place to bring kids? heard its a beautiful place but would it be too boring for my 2 dd? any highlights suitable for them?
-
Hi my dd is 8 years old and we all love to go Redang.
Basically is just a R & R holiday.
We have been there almost every year.
Her first trip there was when she was 3 years old.
But I must prewarn you that is its all water play, swimming, snorkelling diving trekking and getting yourself burn…kekeke -

Redang is indeed beautiful. Read En's post in her blog to find out more.
Whether it is a good place to bring ur kids will very much depend on the character and nature of ur children.
Your children will enjoy if they love the sun, sea and sand. A bonus if they can swim and snorkel in the open seas. Also , they should not be afraid of getting dirty (sand all over) or bitten by sand flies or mosquitoes.
The reward will be a beautiful tan and an appreciation for nature and beauty of the earth! -
Nicely said, csc! :celebrate:
We LOVE the sun, sand and the sea.
Takes our minds off work, housework,
school work, skyscrapers, four walls... :lol; -

-
yes, the resort will close by end Oct
-
You mean all resorts closed by end Oct because of the Monsoon?
Are you flying there? Do you know if we still need to take ferry if we take Berjaya Air? Which resort are you staying? How much is your package?
We are planning a holiday but have not decide on the venue. Redang is one of the place I thought of going. -
Not exactly sure if all resorts are closed for the monsoon by end Oct, but at least the Berjaya Resort is.
Yes, we’re taking Berjaya Air from Seletar airbase. Don’t remember wifey talking about ferry, so must be out of the picture. How much is the package . . . errr . . . dear wife asleep, let me check tomorrow morning. Why don’t you go into their website and check.
