My DS had completed the neighbourhood trial! Wow no school again on Thu & Fri? Guess the school would again give online Lead assignments?

Seem like they are always no school due to PSLE event I guess.
Hi Titank,

For the neighbourhood trail, do they need to bring their usual lesson textbooks along or just some food and water would suffice? They start at 2 and end at 5pm....dont think they can do much before and after that...but just want to make sure πŸ˜„

:!: Most of them failed the Maths hands-on assessment? So, did your daughter pass the test?

Now, I am starting to worry for my son. He hasn't received his results yet. 😞

Have your DS rec his results for the hands on assessment...1C has already received theirs.
For maths, there's no grade? Only a slip of paper telling us whether they meet expectation or approaching expectation. The comment i got from the teacher is that my dd needs to work harder on spatial something.... what is this spatial thing?

My friend's son told her that he didn't have enough time to complete some stations for the hands on assessment.

My dd said that there were quite a number of her classmates failed english too!

Like preggie, my son only brought back a piece of paper with narrative comments from the teacher. Didn't receive anything else. :scratchhead:

Did you receive any scores on your son's performance?

My son didn't bring any textbooks. He was told to just bring a storybook, food and water. He was in the hall from 1 pm and departed the school at 2 pm.

After his return from the trip, he had Maths.

So, I guess it is alright if your son doesn't bring anything to school, besides food and water.

What I rec is the paper with some ticks on 'Meet Expectations' or 'Approaching Expectations' - same as all of you!!

My DS did tell me his score though...as usual careless.... 😞 . Dont know what to do with this careless streak of his :?

I guess it is likely to be the shapes patterns...something along the line

Hi, I guess it refers to visual-spatial skill when doing the Maths. This skill enables the child to perceive space, position, shape and size.

                    Hope this information useful.
