Which country is recommended for young children? They are both Age 7 & 4 at this point of time. Intend to go holiday in Decemeber. Would China be too boring for them?

If your kids don't mind some walking, Darwin is nice. And budget air fly there.

Go for the jumping crocodile boat ride. Visit Kakadu national park - absolutely beautiful

Maybe like 九寨沟,黄山,张家界 these places but wonder would suit the children. Some advices from my friends where should go themepark like Disneyland, Gold Coast (Sea World, Movie World).

Ya snow it is a good idea but wonder Age 4 child can withstand a not!
        Themeparks are sure-win for kids

Snow should not be any issue with the proper winter clothings.

I always find Australia a good place to explore with young kids. The country is generally child friendly. And seriously, how wrong can one go with farmstays and theme parks and beaches.

China in December will be very cold.

I have 3 kids from 4 to 2 yrs old. Thinking of a place where I can bring them, my parents & my maid for a short holiday. Somewhere near & not expensive since it will be a large group. Places that come to my mind are Bintan, Redang (1.5 hr flight away) & Malacca. Colleague suggest Perth. Any recommendation?

Genting. Although theme park there sub-standard, young kids still like it. Parents can go casino if they like.

We went their underwater aquarium..rather impressive. Cruise along the bund, rather good experience for DD even though she was only 5 then.
