At least the wait is over and the kids can concentrate on PSLE starting tomorrow. Btw, i think many with CO from HCI (especially GEPers) will accept offers fr RI; so those on waiting list should have high hopes. Btw, anyone (Verykiasu2010 ?) know how many students are on waitlist #1 and waitlist #2 for HCI ? wonder if Ruyu receive any news ? he is so quiet these days....

I think the competition to get the \"top\" students have become keener the last few years and that is why you see the schools putting in more effort than the earlier years of DSA. I know of at least 4 GE and 1 mainstream boy on RI's waiting list last year that got CO when PSLE results were
released (their PSLE results were below RI's cutoff point).

It seems like those who got CO are all fm GEP and I have yet to hear anyone from mainstream getting CO --- really very sad time for parents like me ......anyway life still goes on -- Just have to Jia more You for PSLE

You are right. None of them had to sit for GAT. However, another classmate of his (also from GEP) did not receive any letter from RI today even though he did not need to sit for GAT.

Maybe postman deliver to wrong address or delay in delivery? Poor boy and poor parents, 1 more day of \"agony\".....how depressing it is esp. when he hear from all his classmates. Hope he receives his good news tomorrow.

There was indeed a delay in delivery. He received his CO from RI today, together with CO from HCI. Understand from my son that his friend, however, prefers NUSH because he is very strong in Maths, so his wait is not over yet.
