Do all confirmed letters have the clause something like \"...a place is reserved for him in our school, provided that he indicates xxx as his top preference during the School Preference Stage...\"?

it says : \" ......a place has been reserved for you in the school, provided
that you indicate the school as one of your preferences during the Exercise School Preference Stage in mid-Oct 2O10....\"

So I guess different schools state different terms. If both schools state 'as his top preference/first choice', could I still fill up the DSA option form according to my preference?

according to your preference, and you should get it according to your preference. at the end of it, you could attend only one school...

Is your son in GEP or mainstream?

I believe ACSI introduced this clause this year only. Basically they're telling the students that if they don't list ACSI as their first choice in the form, they're not getting a place. I don't believe any other school has this clause.

Has ACSI given out the CO letter already? Or are they giving it out only during the tea session once you confirm that you will put ACSI as first choice?

isn't it the MOE processing the DSA posting according to preferences made by the students ? can ACSI indicate to MOE's computer not to allocate the places to the students if they did not rank ACSI as first choice ?

i think all these is just academic discussion because at this stage, every students who received confirmed offer will get their first choice as no school has given out CO more than their vacancies available

NUSH is NOT part of the MOE posting system, while ACSI is still part of the posting system
