The birth rate dropped further with the last increased incentive to have babies. Thus, probably why PM is not doing anything more this year.

Seems quite a far bit of new regulations... from today's report... looks good on paper... but dunno how effective these will be... time will tell.
When property prices go up... buyers kbkp.
If property prices drop... sellers will also kbkp.

Can't please them all bah...

I'm happy to hear about the IP schools. Many schools have fought hard for it, spending alot of time developing their proposals and getting their school ready for the big change; only to be met with disappointment when they were rejected.

Even with more IP schools... I feel that we are going down the same path soon or later... with more parents/kids aiming to go into the more popular and well-known IP schools...
