Call me high-strung but I don’t let DD out of my sight. When we are out together, I always hold her hand. When I go to the loo, I bring her inside the cubicle. OT: And yes, I often get her staring and “what’s this” questions ranging from the toilet facilities to… If I should let her hand go for any reason like grocery shopping, I would tell her, “stay next to me where I can see and hear you”.
When we are out and before I let her go anywhere with DH, I will beseech him with MY MOST serious eyes and say:“Do not let her out of your sight at ANY time”. This is because unlike me, DH does not have the habit of holding DD’s hand. He believes that she should “roam freely and enjoy”. I’d often rebut and say:“She’s our only child, not a lion cub!”.
There ARE a lot of weirdoes out there, you can never be too careful.

I dare not touch the child but I stayed there so as to kinda mind the child.. heng ah, I wasnt that busy so can stay... then after guess 12 mins or so the child's grand father come to fetch then I too went....

I'd voted but your choices are limited and outdated.
You need to add \"waxed\" and \"IPL-ed\". -

RE: General moderation requests
In all seriousness, most of us come online to relax, browse, comment and interact without malice. But some people just have terrible foot-in-mouth syndrome and you can’t control how others behave. Sadly.
Take heart. -

Aww man.Agree with Funz, buds and auntieM.
The 'culture' here has certainly changed.
The name calling acronyms totally put me off boi ...
One innocent remark I made in good faith in one of the threads created by LOLMum (can't remember the title and which only the ole timers would have gotten the gist of my post) was twisted out of context by a poster whom I do not recall communicating with in this forum. Clearly he doesn't know me and chose to respond negatively and crudely to my remark.
I have now ceased to even bother posting/responding in this forum unless deemed necessary.
It seems that one is also forbidden to have 'alternative' views of a topic. Woe to those who are in the opposition camp
For the moment, I am glad that there are ole timers like Schweppes jie, vk2010 and a few others to keep the forum afloat with their witty exchanges. Sad to say even W2G has thrown in the towel
My measly 2 cents.
I'd only been away for a little bit and see what happens to you lot. -
