I am new to this forum. My question may piss some of the mummys.
I would like t enroll my boy to NYPS and I stay within 1km.
Do I need to go for ballot and if yes, whats the chance in 2011 and even in 2015?
I ask because I am not sure what I read is correct.
Thanks for replying. -

1. Make sure you are genuinely staying in the address as stated in your NRIC (sounds idiotic, right ?)I am new to this forum. My question may piss some of the mummys.

2. You are not NYPS alumni ? Then no priority under Phase 2A.
3. So if you want priority but not alumni, then the only way is do PV to qualify to apply under Phasw 2B - but no guarantee. In case more applicants than vacancies available, then must ballot lah. If you are citizen, you have 2 ballot slip compared to one for PR.
4. If you got no time for PV, then you can apply under Phase 2C. In case more applicants than vacancies available, then must ballot lah. If you are citizen, you have 2 ballot slip compared to one for PR. -

:scratchhead: Why 2011 and even in 2015?
If the elder one manages to get in when you register in 2011, the younger one will qualify under Phase 1 when it comes to registration in 2015. Registration in Phase 1 is guaranteed.
If the elder one can't get in, chances of the younger one getting in will be even more remote. -
